Acquiring of any local building permits, if required.

Pick up and delivery of new door

Removal of existing door

Cut back of existing trim /siding for installation of new door

Installation of a rubber membrane floor pan (if applicable)

Installation of drip cap/flashing with flashing tape on exterior brick mold of new door (if applicable)

Installation of new entry door including foam sealant between door jam, and frame of house.

Installation of new or reused door handle and lock set.

Installation of new/reusable trim on interior of house, including caulk(new trim, sold separately.)

Re-Installation of exterior trim/siding.
